Oscars week is always filled with wonderful gatherings and this year was no exception. I had the pleasure of attending Cadillac's Pre-Oscar Party at The Chateau Marmont again this year. It's always my favorite party and it's a great opportunity to celebrate the year's excellent films and nominees. I'm also really happy to see that the Academy continues to make strides in recognizing diversity and celebrating the strong work by women and minorities in this years collection of top shelf films. We still have a long way to go but I'm proud to be part of an industry that is taking bold steps to lead in the fight for workplace equality and inclusion.
